Getting pre-qualified will require that you provide a lender with some basic information on your income, assets, and debt. We can arrange to have this done for you at no cost.

Our partnership with “Home Partners of America” allows you, under certain conditions, to “pre-purchase” your next home.  Simply put, you can lease your next home for up to 5 years and purchase it at any time during that period for an agreed upon price.  If for some reason you change your mind about the house, you find you don’t like the neighborhood or your circumstance change to the point where the purchase of the home no longer makes sense:  You simply walk away.

What if after you purchase your home you receive word you are getting a job transfer or you find the neighborhood has certain qualities that didn’t reveal themselves during the purchase process.  WHAT IF YOU WIN THE LOTTERY?????


Well if any of those things happen in the first 6 months after closing, I will list and market your home for sale without charging you a commission.  (there still may exist an obligation to pay the buyer’s agent but we can negotiate that).  In any case you will pay me NOTHING!!!
